Solamics Ltd. must confirm product defects and ensure that defects have not been caused by misuse, improper installation, or alteration. The customer will assume all liability for the consequences of its use or misuse by their employees or others. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Warranty does not cover labour, rentals, or loss or earnings under any circumstances.
